Find a motivation that comes from inside you, maybe look beyond the scale, how does exercise make you feel? how do you wanna feel? make it personal, dig deep.
✨ Start where you are ✨
You don't have to have a certain level of fitness to start a workout program and develop a healthy routine.
✨ Small but consistent steps ✨
You can start with small steps, such as being on your mat for 10 minutes a day. Consistency is the key 🔑, so set an attainable, realistic goal.
✨Give yourself some grace ✨
Maybe you haven't been as consistent with your workouts as you would have liked or maybe you didn't meet a goal you had for yourself last month. You're not alone!💕
