St. Clare Inn, a transitional housing program for homeless women with diagnosed mental health issues. Currently in its 10th year, St.

Inspired by the death of a local homeless woman who struggled with mental health issues, St Clare Inn was started by a group of lay men and women and Franciscan Friars. The Inn opened it doors in 2007 to care and assist for this often overlooked and marginalized group. Our goal is to empower homeless women with mental health issues to achieve a lifetime of independent living, self worth and respect. Clare Inn is now a highly respected program in the City of Toronto among social workers, caseworkers, psychiatrists, doctors and hospital discharge planners.

Linda's Walk is all about community, compassion, and showing support for women rebuilding their lives. Each pledge counts as one point. The family that gathers the highest number of pledges will be our winner of this fantastic Gift Basket! BIG NEWS! For the first time in the history of Linda's Walk we are silently auctioning an item and you don't want to miss out!

The Home Depot has donated a Nexgrill BBQ - perfect for fall grilling! Bid in person at St. Bonaventure’s parish hall after 10am Mass on Sept 13 & 20.

Bidding stays open until Walk Day, Sept 26.

Walking isn’t required to bid - everyone can join the fun and support the women we serve!

We are truly overwhelmed by your generosity - from hygiene essentials and pampering supplies to robes, blankets, suitcases, and so much more.
