HYROX Simulation Day 🏁

Another benchmark in the books.

📊 Today’s numbers:
• 11.25 km total running
• 7.63 km @ 4:43/km race pace
• Ski: 2:03/500 m
• Burpee Broad Jumps: 80 m in 3:00
• Walking Lunges: 100 m (55 sec to spare)
• Wall Balls: 130 reps (finished with 8 sec remaining)

The goal isn’t to crush one workout—it’s to stack hundreds of them. Every simulation exposes weaknesses, builds confidence, and moves the needle a little further.

The numbers are improving, but there’s still work to do. Thanks to Jackson Harding | COACH | ATHLETE for creating amazing results with his coaching!

Hey athletes! Are you struggling with patellar tendinosis and looking for a game-changing solution? Dynamic cupping might just be the answer you've been searching for! By targeting the quad muscle, this innovative technique can effectively release the tightness and tension in the patellar tendon, helping you to regain strength and mobility in your knees.

Dynamic cupping involves creating a gentle suction that helps to stimulate blood flow, break up scar tissue, and promote healing. This can be a game-changer for athletes dealing with patellar tendinosis, allowing you to get back to performing at your peak level.

So if you're ready to take your recovery to the next level, consider incorporating dynamic cupping into your treatment plan. Whether you're a runner, a basketball player, or any other type of athlete, this technique could be the key to getting you back in the game faster than ever. Don't let patellar tendinosis hold you back any longer – give dynamic cupping a try and experience the difference for yourself!

The glute bridge march is a highly effective exercise for activating and strengthening the glutes. By performing this exercise, you are not only engaging your glute muscles but also working on stability and balance. This exercise targets the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus, helping to enhance overall lower body strength and power. Additionally, the glute bridge march can help improve posture and reduce the risk of lower back pain by strengthening the core muscles. This exercise is suitable for all fitness levels and can easily be incorporated into any workout routine. Remember to focus on squeezing your glutes throughout the movement to maximize the benefits! 💪🏋️‍♂️

Chiropractic adjustment to the first metacarpophalangeal joint can help alleviate thumb pain by restoring proper alignment and mobility in the joint. This can reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and relieve discomfort 🖐️💆‍♂️ Patients would benefit from this by experiencing decreased pain, improved grip strength, and enhanced overall function of the thumb.

Dynamic cupping for the posterior shoulder and lat area is a game-changer for baseball players! 🙌🏼 This treatment involves placing cups on the skin and moving them around to create a vacuum effect that helps loosen up tight muscles, improve circulation, and decrease pain. For a baseball player, this can be especially beneficial as it can help enhance shoulder mobility, increase range of motion, and improve overall performance on the field. 🎯

During this treatment, I start by assessing the player's range of motion and identifying any areas of tightness or restriction. I then place the cups strategically on the posterior shoulder and lat area and move them in various directions to target specific muscle groups. This helps to release tension and promote healing in these key areas for optimal performance. ⚾️

Chiropractic care plays a significant role in the health and performance of baseball players. Regular chiropractic adjustments can help improve joint mobility, flexibility, and overall body function, which are crucial for athletes to perform at their best on the field. Chiropractors can also address any specific injuries or imbalances that may arise during training or competition, helping players recover faster and prevent future issues. Many professional baseball teams have chiropractors on staff to ensure their players receive top-notch care ⚾.
