More Than Lips is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern / Assistant to the Founder

Are you a motivated business student who wants to learn what it actually takes to run and grow a small business?

This is a hands-on learning and growth opportunity for someone interested in entrepreneurship, sales, marketing and business development - and who isn't afraid to wear a lot of hats!

You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at operating a growing Canadian consumer brand and help with things like:

✨ Sales & business development
✨ Researching and reaching out to potential retailers
✨ Marketing & social media
✨ E-commerce & website updates
✨ Product launches & retail initiatives
✨ Market and competitor research
✨ Events, samples and day-to-day projects
✨ Finding new opportunities to help the business grow

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're less concerned about having a ton of experience and more interested in finding the right person.

Someone who is:

→ A go-getter and self-starter
→ Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn
→ Currently studying business, marketing, entrepreneurship or a related field
→ Organized and dependable
→ Comfortable taking initiative and figuring things out
→ Full of ideas and not afraid to share them
→ Genuinely interested in learning how a small business operates

You'll work directly with our Founder, learn by doing and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow with the role.

🤍 Approx. 5 hours/week to start (Opportunity to increase hours after 3 months)
🤍 Flexible schedule
🤍 Primarily remote
🤍 Hands-on experience & mentorship
