Why does a smile sometimes look uneven after masseter Botox? 👇

It usually comes down to two things:

1. The product was injected too anteriorly (too far forward) and reached the risorius, one of the muscles that helps you smile.

2. Too large a volume was injected, so it migrated forward and affected the risorius.

This is a known but uncommon complication, and there are several ways to avoid it!
