Ruthless Compassion Institute I help women heal their emotional wounds to become powerful kindness warriors.

The fundamental aim of the Ruthless Compassion Institute is for our clients to lead richer, happier, and easier lives through the practice of Ruthless Compassion. The institute is dedicated to improving lives by empowering people to be more conscious, make reality-based choices and break dysfunctional patterns of thinking and behavior.

“Personal healing and greater awareness make a significant impact on the world. Every person who changes their own life for the better becomes a role model to others. As more people achieve wholeness through fulfillment and freedom from suffering, the healthier our lives, communities and in turn, our world will be” – Marcia Sirota MD (Founder & Director)

The narcissist doesn’t care if you hate them and don’t want to be with them. They see you as a fish they want to catch. They don’t take “no” for an answer because you have no humanity to them. Your needs and feelings are irrelevant. They just want to win.

In the latest episode of the Ruthless Compassion podcast, I speak with neuroscientist, physician, and global leader of the Transcendental Meditation® movement, Dr. Tony Nader. We discuss the power of caring, which sounds remarkably similar to my concept of Ruthless Compassion.

Dr. Nader earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut, completed advanced clinical and research training at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, and received a Ph.D. in Brain and Cognitive Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His research has explored neuroscience, neurochemistry, neuroendocrinology, stress physiology, consciousness, and human potential. A New York Times bestselling author, Dr. Nader writes and speaks on the relationship between consciousness, health, emotional well-being, resilience, and human flourishing. His work bridges modern science with deeper questions about awareness, connection, and the full development of human potential. His latest book, The Power of Caring, explores why so many people today feel emotionally exhausted despite their desire to remain compassionate, connected, and engaged—and offers a science-based framework for cultivating resilience, deep rest, emotional balance, and sustainable caring in an increasingly overwhelmed world.

A narcissist can't tolerate failure because they have profound shame and self-loathing deep down inside. If they fail, the shame is overwhelming, so they do everything they can, in order not to fail.
