It’s always so interesting to see how different people show up to readings. Sometimes they give the same or similar information and others come with a different play book each and every time. But it’s all about personality - are they someone who would have liked to repeat themselves or do the same things over and over again?

Animals - from my experience - often come with a similar but with new observations of you. After all, most animals like routines (those are safe) and are very observant of their surroundings.

Just something to keep in mind when you go see someone for a reading or if you’re connecting to your people yourself.

I don’t book readings on Wednesdays.

I put that boundary in place a few months back to keep myself grounded. I’ll admit I’ve failed a few times—the people-pleaser in me is real—but overall, I’ve held the line.

Most Wednesdays are spent running errands, tackling emails, and doing backend work. Today, though? After a great catch up with a friend, my body gave me a hard stop.

In this work, I can only give you deep, clear insight if I’m running on a full tank. Pushing through burnout helps no one. So today, I’m taking my own advice: doing less, resting up, and re-fueling so I can show up fully present when we’re sitting together.

If your body is asking for a pause today, take it.

When you are doing things where your mind can quiet down, that is when it’s easiest for your people or pets to connect with you. In the shower, doing dishes, making art, jogging, are all places where we just flow making the bridge to connection easier.

Sometimes we need someone else to remind of us the magic inside of ourselves. Then we need to dig out our own bravery and take the steps necessary to get to where we want to go. You can’t manifest without being brave enough to take some steps, take responsibility for your actions, and take the steps we need to in order to reach our goals.

It’s a co-operative universe. Even a vending machine asks you to do a little work.
