ጥዕና ኣእምሮ ልክዕ ከም ኣካላዊ ጥዕና ኣገዳሲ እዩ። ፀቕጢ፣ ጭንቀት፣ ድብርትን ካልእ ናይ ኣእምሮ ጥዕና ብድሆታትን ዕድመ፣ ድሕረ ባይታ ወይ ኩነታት ብዘየገድስ ንዝኾነ ሰብ ክፀልዉ ይኽእል እዮም። ሓገዝ ምድላይ ምልክት ድኻም ኣይኮነን- ናብ ምሕዋይ ዝወስድ ናይ ትብዓት ስጉምቲ እዩ።

💙 ጥዕና ኣእምሮና ዝድግፉ 5 መንገድታት እነሆ:

✅ ምስ እንኣምኖ ሰብ ብዛዕባ ስምዒታትና ብግልፂ ምዝርራብ።
✅ ንዕረፍቲ፣ ኣካላዊ ምንቅስቓስ፣ ከምኡ'ውን ንእንፈትዎ ንጥፈታት ግዜ ምምዳብ።
✅ ምስ ቤተሰብ፣ ፈተውቲ፣ ከምኡ'ውን ደገፍቲ ሰባት ምትእስሳር ምግባር።
✅ ጥዑያት ገደባት ምቕማጥ፣ ልዕሊ ዓቕምና ፅዕንቶ እንትስምዓና ድማ ዕረፍቲ ምውሳድ።

ንዘክር፡ ሓልዮት፣ ደገፍን ምርድዳእን ይግበአና እዩ - ጥዕና ኣእምሮና ኩሉ ግዜ ኣገዳሲ እዩ።
