We usually think of alignment as something physical.
But there’s another kind of misalignment that can quietly drain your energy.
When what you think, believe and do are constantly pulling in different directions, your brain is working overtime — even when your body isn’t.
That internal friction has an energy cost.
After more than 25 years working with the spine and nervous system, I believe we need to think about alignment differently.
Not just the alignment of our spine.
The alignment of our mind with our spine.
Because sometimes the energy we’re missing isn’t about doing less.
It’s about spending less energy fighting ourselves.
