Meet our lead Tutor, Paolo. He was born and raised in Peru. He lived in the US for ten years, where he studied aerospace engineering at Mississippi State University before moving to Canada 2 years ago. Paolo joined our team with over a decade of tutoring and mentorship experience. His expertise spreads across the Sciences, Mathematics, English, Computer Science, and Spanish. He is comfortable teaching students of all ages. As our lead tutor, he also oversees the training and preparation of our tutors, and ensures that the expectation of management is aligned with day-to-day operations.

According to Paolo, “What started as a side hustle evolved into a rewarding and professional career that fuels me. The growth and success of the students I work with has become my top priority. The fulfillment I feel from seeing the satisfied smiles of the students and parents is an indescribable feeling.”
