Upper back & shoulder cupping.
When combined with movement, stretching, and massage, it’s a great way to reduce tension through the lats, upper & mid traps, rhomboids, and rear delts, while also helping improve scapular mobility and overall shoulder movement.

Here’s a short video of some cupping work on the back.

When combined with massage therapy, cupping is a great way to help loosen tight muscles, improve mobility, increase blood flow, and speed up recovery. It works especially well for anyone training hard or feeling stiff and restricted.

If you’ve been feeling tight, restricted, or just not moving the way you should, this is a great addition to your treatment.
