🥣 Cereal, nostalgia & snack culture
📍 Miami ⇄ Toronto

Ami, popularly known as Cereal Life, is a digital creator, writer, and snack storyteller behind the sweet-crunchy, bowel shaking, and widely loved social media pages dedicated to iconic, nostalgic, and newsworthy cereal. From breaking cereal news and decoding limited-edition drops to spotlighting emotional brand storytelling, Ami brings humor, heart, and a hint of chaos to every post. Cereal Life has become a go-to destination for over 100,000 fans worldwide, a place where food culture, childhood memories, and wild creations collide. With a foot in both Toronto and Miami, Ami continues to build community through sincere content, meaningful collaborations, and a borderline illegal obsession with cereal boxes. He’s Questlove’s cereal plug, the co-creator of the Crunch Bowl, and the author of Cereal Life: the book, coming soon!
