💙 The best part of what we do? The smiles, memories, and meaningful connections we create for every guest who walks through our doors.

At Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brockville, hospitality is more than just providing a room — it’s about making people feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Recently, our team received these heartfelt handwritten notes from guests thanking us for our clean rooms, friendly staff, thoughtful gestures, and warm service. Moments like these remind us why we love what we do every single day.

As a management and operations team, we believe the smallest touches often leave the biggest impressions — whether it’s a friendly smile at check-in, a comfortable stay after a long drive, or simply going the extra mile to make someone’s trip special.

Planning a trip soon? Whether you’re traveling for business, vacation, a weekend getaway, or exploring the beautiful Thousand Islands region, we’d love the opportunity to welcome you to Brockville!

Project Update – TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Barrie, ON

We’re pleased to share significant progress on the TownePlace Suites by Marriott project in Barrie. The superstructure is now complete, marking an important milestone for the team. Work is currently underway to finalize the parapet in preparation for installing the roof membrane, which will allow us to fully waterproof the building and transition into the next phase of construction.

All interior framing has also been completed, positioning the project well for upcoming mechanical, electrical, and finishing stages.

Proud of the hard work and dedication from everyone involved as we continue to move this project forward.
