This is our final post about Hamstring tightness from our amazing Physiotherapist Stacey!

After mobilizing the sciatic nerve, you can progress with this dynamic stretch to improve your hamstring flexibility and strength.

Standing Hip Hinge

1. Stand on your affected leg with the opposite leg extended behind you.
2. Hinge forward at your waist as you raise the back leg keeping your trunk and leg in line with each other. You may feel more tension in your standing leg as you hinge forward.
3. With control, lower the leg back down as you straighten your body back up.
