People often assume purpose is something you find…

A destination…

A revelation…

A magical moment where everything suddenly makes sense…

What I’ve observed is different.

The search for purpose can last years… or even lifetimes

Not because people don’t receive answers.

But because purpose asks for something many are not prepared for…

⚡️Responsibility.

The moment purpose becomes clear, excuses become harder to justify.

The path becomes visible…

And so does the gap between who you are today and who you would need to become to walk it.

Purpose is not the end of the search.

For many people, it’s the beginning of the real work.

⚡ If you can see the path but haven’t been able to walk it, perhaps it’s time to explore what is standing in the way.

Meanwhile, they’re avoiding the very things that would expand their capacity to live it.

The conversation isn’t:

“What is my highest potential?”

The conversation is:

“What am I doing that keeps me living beneath it?”

One of the things I don’t speak about often is how much my relationship with spirit has changed over the last 2 years.

Like many people on a spiritual path, I began by seeking answers outside of myself.

Teachers.
Healers.
Mentors.
Systems.

Many supported my journey.

Others taught me discernment.

Over time, I realized that spiritual maturity is not measured by visibility, charisma, titles, or influence.

It is measured by integrity.

By the willingness to walk your talk.

By the courage to look at your shadow instead of performing your light.

One piece of feedback I consistently received from mentors was that I was evolving quickly.

Today, I understand why.

The transformation wasn’t driven by ambition.

It was driven by responsibility.

⚡️The responsibility of the containers I hold
⚡️The responsibility of the people I serve.
⚡️The responsibility of the healing I am here to support.

Because in this work, you cannot take people somewhere you are unwilling to go yourself.

You have to be willing to meet your own shadows.

You have to be willing to go to the extent required to hold your light.

The last few years have not been about building a bigger platform.

They have been about purification.

Purifying my relationship with power.
Purifying my relationship with spirit.
Purifying my work.

Not because perfection is the goal.

But because integrity is.

My values as a healer are simple:

⚡️Freedom.
⚡️Empowerment.
⚡️Sovereignty.
⚡️Joy.

My work is not for everyone.

It is for those who are willing to meet their shadow so they can embody more of their light.

Because true healing does not create dependency.

It creates freedom.

And if this path has taught me anything, it is this:

The deepest transformations are often the ones nobody sees.

But they become the foundation for everything that follows.

Most people don’t realize they’re making decisions from wounds they haven’t identified yet.

They think they’re being realistic…

Careful…

Responsible…

But underneath...

they’re really avoiding being seen…
Rejecting and sabotaging opportunities…
Settling for less in their relationships…
Repeating the same relationship dynamics over and over again…

Not because they want to consciously do it…

But they do it because it feels familiar.

The question isn’t whether you have patterns.

The question is whether you’re aware of the ones running your life.

❤️‍🩹Grief is not only about losing someone…

It’s also about losing the version of you that existed with them.

Recently, I lost my beloved companion, Crowley.

We shared 18 years of presence, connection, and unconditional love. And this relationship taught me so much on so many levels that I feel deeply grateful to have experienced him and all that he brought into my life.

As I navigate grief, I’ve realized it doesn’t come with just one emotion.

I feel relief knowing he is no longer in pain.
And I feel sadness because I miss him deeply.

Both exist at the same time.
Neither cancels the other.

Grief is not linear.
It moves in waves, in layers, in cycles.

And it’s not something you “fix.”
It’s something you learn to move with.

Because when someone leaves, the connection doesn’t disappear.

It evolves.

As a spirit worker, I still feel deeply connected to Crowley’s spirit as he continues his journey beyond this plane. And that brings me peace.

These relationships we build — with people, with animals, with life itself — shape us. They nurture us. They transform us.

And even through the pain, the love and the lessons remain.

Crowley was my very first energy healing client.
Doctors told me he wouldn’t survive because he was really weak when he got to me.

But he stayed with me for 18 beautiful years.

And I feel incredibly honored that our souls found each other in this lifetime.

Blessings to him as he evolves into something even more expansive.

And may our souls meet again, in this world or another.

⚡️Today we celebrate children…

But most adults are still being led
by a version of themselves
that never felt safe, seen, or supported.

Your inner child is not a concept…

It’s the root of your inner patterns.

The way you attach.
The way you avoid.
The way you hold yourself back… even when you know better.

This is why so many people stay stuck…

They work on the surface.

But the root is still running the system.

And until that’s addressed… nothing truly changes.

Real transformation requires going there… going deep

Not once… but as many times are needed

Because this is where:

Innocence is reclaimed.
Freedom is restored.
And your life actually begins to shift.

If you’re serious about changing your life… you can’t bypass this. You can’t think your way out of it.

This work is for our beautiful inner children. The ones that hold our inner light.

⚡️It’s time to find the courage to set them free!

but quietly create dependency.

On validation.
On processes.
On the person guiding you.

That’s not empowerment.

Healing should make you more sovereign… not more dependent.

This is your journey.
Stay grounded.
Stay in your power.

⚡️Self-sabotage is an incomplete diagnosis...

It sounds dramatic…
