The appearance of a fuller face is beautiful, as we age we naturally start to lose volume in those areas. It is usually recommended that by your mid to late 30’s, if you’re still unhappy, then you can start considering getting some buccal fat removal.

Repost from Dr. Fanoush in MTL. Although it is said results take 1 year to fully show, this does have a lot to do with your own anatomy. If a patient has thicker skin the swelling can take much longer than just 1 year. That being said - never rush into get a revision too quickly.

Beware of the risks with the currently popular “Fairy” or “Barbie” as not everyone’s anatomy will work well with it.

As Dr. Fanoush said: If the nose looks too good very early post op, this might not be a good sign for the future aging rhinoplasty.
