Yesterday was one of the hardest days…but strangely, one of the most comforting too.

Going through my mother’s belongings and old photos brought back so many beautiful memories. I smiled, I cried, and sometimes did both at the same time.

There really is no blueprint for grief. I’m just taking it moment by moment and doing everything I can to give my mom the beautiful sendoff she deserves. ❤️

Thank you. ❤️

The love and support my family and I have received since losing my mother has been overwhelming.

These last few days have reminded me how precious life is, how important it is to tell people you love them, and never to take your health or your time together for granted.

Mom, you fought long enough. Rest peacefully. ❤️

And to every single person who has reached out, my family and I are more grateful than you know.

Day 2 in emergency with my Mom. Holding her hand, hoping for good news and being reminded just how precious our health and the people we love really are ❤️

PLEASE. Take your health seriously.

Tonight I rushed my mother to emergency, and it reminded me how helpless it feels when someone you love is struggling and you can’t fix it for them.

We keep telling ourselves we’ll start Monday, get the bloodwork later, eat better eventually, or deal with the problem when we have more time.

Your health isn’t waiting for later.

I’m guilty of putting things off too.

We aren’t promised tomorrow. But while we’re here today, we can take responsibility for the things we can control.

Tonight was my reminder.

Maybe it needs to be yours too. ❤️

Comment FIBER if you want to know my simple pre-meal routine. 👇🏻

Breaking my fast at the new Crudo location today. No boring “diet food” here. 😂

For me, being healthy isn’t about giving up pizza. It’s about building better habits around the foods I actually enjoy.

Fiber before food. Then enjoy the pizza. 🍕

Comment FIBER and I’ll show you the fiber blend I drink before meals. 👇🏻

You don’t need to overhaul your entire life. Three simple habits can make a big difference in how your body handles blood sugar and insulin:

Intermittent fasting. Fiber before meals. Strength training. 💪

Small changes. Stay consistent. Give your body time to respond.

Comment INFO and I’ll show you what I’m doing 👇🏻

For years, I thought managing my health meant adding more prescriptions.

Then I changed my approach.

I focused on supporting my metabolism, controlling cravings, improving my nutrition and building habits I could actually stick with.

The difference for me has been huge.

This isn’t about telling anyone to stop medication. Medication decisions belong between you and your doctor.

But if you’re curious about the routine I personally use every day, comment INFO and I’ll send you the details.

Comment INFO and I’ll send you the 2-step protocol I use 👇🏻

Some foods hit differently as we get older, especially when it comes to blood sugar, energy and how we feel day to day.

White bread, flavoured yogurt, margarine and breakfast cereal were all foods I once thought nothing about.

Now I look at them very differently.

Be honest…how many of these 4 are in your kitchen right now? 👀

Comment PART 2 and I’ll show you better drink options 👇🏻

Some of the drinks people consume every day can deliver a huge amount of sugar very quickly.

Soda is obvious. Sweetened coffee drinks might be less obvious.

But #3 is the one most people still think is perfectly fine “in moderation.”

Watch until the end, then tell me which one surprised you most.
