If you've felt that shift in Energy, your not alone, we got hit with terrible sun solar flares day before yesterday, and it takes time for that energy to impact us on earth. Yesterday, especially afternoon I felt like a wet dish rag. No energy, body aches and pains. Just general crap.
I have found that some clients feel they are dieing....this is the negative energy hitting her. For all GOoD we have have dark. Ying and yang.
Do not allow these thoughts come into your mind. If they do tell it to leave, these are not YOUR thoughts. Raise your vibrations, pray, get outside in nature. Put yourself in service. Have tea with a friend.
Yesterday & today we are feeling the solar wind coming at us. If you have anything in your yard not fastened down, do that....if you have loose shingles you may want to make sure they are down. We are to be hit with 100km winds, it may knock out our power grid, internet, GPS systems. Prepare families with back up for electric medical devices.
This energy has caused a shift in land masses, causing earth quakes & volcanoes which inturn, affects our land masses. This is what we have been preparing for. Get water, stock up on food. We don't know yet whether the sun will settle down, or how hard we will be affected. It's seems to be a day by day thing.

Sound, my guides have directed me to study sound healing.

My nervous system was running at an all time high. Since my spine surgery. Medically I got some help with this. But this experience, made me understand the vibrations of the planet.
Everything comes to us for a reason, and education.
Pay attention Love.

The earth is vibrating differently than it did 10 years ago. Where we are within our solar system, "the big Oval " we are revolving through a different energy, even the Sun is affected by this energy, the solar flares, earth quakes, even beings from the multiverse are having issues. We all function at different vibrations as humans.
The vibrations of the earth is what is causing everything to go off kilter. Everything from the bees, animals and their reactions etc. The deception, lies, conflicts, wars, AI.
WE all function with Hertz energy. Its our vibration.

Flowers bloom because of energy, birds communicate through sound. Bees, bugs, plants growing, Butterfly wings, EVERYTHING. Their actions and reactions. Albert Einstein, just popped up....For every action there is a reaction.
This vibration you cannot hear, it has been tested on us decades ago already.
It alters the way we think, causing depression, anxiety. Some are by anger, some by lies and deception, they have no conscious. The energy affects us all differently.
So start learning about Hertz energy and how it affects you.

The Egyptians were the first known beings to practice sound therapy as medications for the body.
I know they have been having success with Hertz energy and some cancers. My guides told me 2 years ago they wanted me to study this, but my body started acting up and I put sound therapy on the back burner. Its time they say. They have healing devices for people and livestock, which help to accelerate healing.

Compelled to do Deep meditation practices, today. My body really needed this, physically and metaphysical. When I opened my eyes there was a significant ring around the sun.
My attention was being turned to things I say when I am marrying people, the wedding ring is a circle, there is no beginning, there is no end.
My guides told me with all the wars, political unrest, money issues, starvation, mental instabilities going on the planet right now, turn your mind, body and soul to God, Creator. Often referred to as the SUN. The rings around the sun are telling me, there is no beginning there is no end. What ever shall happen to humanity, those who Believe in Father Creator, we will never parish. You still have time. It is not about making yourself be seen in Church, it is by living the Values and Discipline of the 10 Commandments.
