Maintaining healthy lifestyle doesn't always mean that you have to have exercise and change up your diet.
However you can make healthier choices by simply starting to cook your own meals at home. Not only by cooking your own meals at home do you know what's going into your food, but you also know that you and your family will eat it and it is easier to do meal planning and meal prepping ahead of time to help organize and get yourself easily ready to make dinner making sheet pan meals is a great start.
Okay here is a tip for if you want to go to a restaurant or get takeout and you are worried about what is in your food or if it is a healthier choice. I recommend that you look online at the menu or you call ahead of time to see what food there is and if they can accommodate your dietary restriction this way you know what you can and cannot order and you'll be able to balance out your plate this means having you know protein vegetables things like that it doesn't have to be a big huge change but it could be so so simple as starting making your own food at home
Oh and did I mention I offer workshops for basic budgeting which teaches you what a budget is and how you can create one why they can be helpful in some ways that you can easily create your own budget along with a template that you can use. Super easy this way you know where all your income is coming from you know where all your expenses is going this way you know what you have left to save or to spend.
