I healed close to 20 years of chronic, debilitating, back pain using my growth mindset. My physical pain was the manifestation of emotional pain I experienced as a child. I help women during & after toxic relationships:

- discover who they are
- develop & strengthen self-worth & confidence

I started my business, Kaleidoscope Holistic Svcs, so that I can inspire other survivors of toxic relationships:
