My Alkaline Lifestyle and how it all started…
I have Sickle Cell Anemia, from a very young age I’ve been making regular trips to the hospital and took multiple prescription drugs that were supposed to make things better but into my teens and beyond, the drugs didn’t help. Additionally my menstrual cycles were very uncomfortable. I was a overweight despite living an active and “healthy” lifestyle,

or what I thought was healthy back then. After stumbling upon a documentary with my husband on Netflix that revealed what went on in the food and meat industry, the treatment of animals and the chemicals thrown into food for human consumption, I got my wakeup call. This documentary jump started my transformation and that of my family. We investigated everything we ate, from preservatives to alternatives like soy and eventually we found Dr. Sebi and his Alkaline Diet. Since starting and committing to the Alkaline lifestyle pioneered by Dr. Sebi there has been a tremendous increase in my energy, I had no more crisis related to Sickle Cell that would land me in the hospital, my hemoglobin and iron levels are now normal, I’ve lost all excess weight and no longer require any of the drugs I once took.

Looking for a quick snack ?

Get some okra!

cut the top add the okra put in a bowl
add grape seed oil and Himalayan salt
put on a cookie sheet put your oven on broil
put orka in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
