I started Herc’s Nutrition back in 1996 with only $5000 on my credit card, a degree in biochemistry from the University of Western Ontario, and a strong set of values and passion for fitness instilled in me by my family. Since the first store on James Street, Downtown St Catharines I’ve travelled the world, consulted with supplement manufacturers, judged physique shows, helped professional athlete

s, trained clients on the Dr. Phil show, met industry icons and so much more. All of this has helped me develop Herc’s into a completely unique business model for our industry.
