The jury is out! We know how to build bone density and it’s not what you think…
For years we have been told to drink your milk, eat your cheese and milk products. While there is some truth to this, a much greater stimulus for bone strengthening and improvement in density is to lift weights. Thoughtfully and progressively adding weight to movements like the squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press can decrease your chance for osteoporosis long term. Eating a quality diet is obviously important too but get after those weights!
Get a great coach or trainer and invest in your health. It’s the only thing you will want back later in life.
