My name is Jenna Braich McRae. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor new to Chilliwack and I am currently accepting clients virtually and in-person. I work primarily with women, teens & some children (10+).

I help my clients feel more connected, secure, grounded, and content with themselves, their relationships and day-to-day experiences.

As a former school teacher, I offer consultations for parents who are looking to learn how to better connect with and support their child or teen experiencing anxiety, social-emotional and/or behavioural challenges.
