For this patient, we first performed a mini dissolve to address select areas of previous filler before carefully rebuilding the lips with just half a syringe (0.5 mL).

Rather than simply adding more filler on top, this approach allowed us to refine the existing shape and strategically reintroduce volume where it would make the most impact.

The focus? ✨ Better structure, soft hydration, improved definition, and balanced volume while still working with her natural lip anatomy.
