1. To advocate for improved health for infants, children, and youth, and their families

2. To advocate economically on behalf of pediatricians, and

3. To provide cme accredited educational opportunities for pediatricians and health care providers.

Join Dr. Matt Harding for Co‑Management of Chronic Kidney Disease Patients on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Children’s Health Today. This session will examine how collaborative care models can improve outcomes for children living with chronic kidney disease, those receiving chronic dialysis, and patients with recent or remote kidney transplants. Participants will review common clinical issues seen in these patients and identify ways in which these patients may present atypically when experiencing severe or life‑threatening complications.

By strengthening recognition, communication, and coordinated management strategies, this session aims to support pediatricians in delivering safer, more responsive care to medically complex children.

Day 2 of Children’s Health Today 2026 shifts the spotlight to pediatric kidney health, bringing together sessions that help you strengthen your confidence in diagnosing, managing, and supporting children with renal conditions.

We’ll start with a clear overview of Childhood Nephrotic Syndrome and a walk‑through of gross hematuria and acute glomerulonephritis before moving into the complexities of renal nutrition, co‑management strategies, and hypertension pathways.

Day 2 also focus on identifying kidney disease risk in NICU graduates, understanding renal considerations for young athletes, and exploring how personalized care supports children born with kidney malformations.
