That’s one cherry snare drum, Bradduh🤙 Custom creation for my good friend HAWAI'I ARTIST AND PRODUCER 13x7 (6ply) cherry/poplar/maple with a knotty walnut racing stripe. I emphasized the grain pattern in the cherry wood to represent lava using my secret proprietary treatment. The walnut represents the ‘āina (if only I could get my hands on some Koa!). This beautiful instrument is heading to a mighty little studio in the town of Wahiawa where it will provide the backbeat for some amazing island music and artist.

If you haven’t heard 🔥 Kanaka Fyah 🔥 yet, stop what you’re doing, right now and go check em out. I’m super happy with the way these turned out- Sonically and Visually. Matching (6 ply maple/poplar) 14x7 snare and 14x6.5 Timbale headed to the beautiful Big Island for Sepeti Tuaefe for some Big sounds. Hand crafted with Aloha in 🇨🇦🤙

One of the greatest responsibility of a drum maker is you can’t keep all the best ones… 14x5.5 (6ply) flamed ash/maple/poplar with reinforcement rings. As a responsible drum maker, I shall let this one go to a loving home. Hand crafted ply drums 🇨🇦. Please PM me directly for information.

(Edit) SOLD🔥… I don’t suspect it will last too long. 14x5.5 (10ply) flamed ash/maple-poplar with a mahogany interior and proprietary ebony racing stripe at the rear (try specifying that ply species layup with the big boy manufacturers). Matching Hybrid (wood/metal) hoops, 30 degree inside/roundover outside bearing edges bla bla bla… 😎 Hit me up if you’re interested. It likely won’t make it through the night. Handcrafted in 🇨🇦

The “huakaʻi pō” is a 13x7 (10 ply) zebrano-maple-poplar model in a one off finish. When Big Island Hammah, got in touch with me looking for a unique and special drum, I knew I had to deliver something that was special, playable, durable and road worthy since his band are constantly gigging around the beautiful Hawaiian Islands and the Mainland. Looking forward to seeing and hearing this thing in action. Aloha 🤙
