Over the past month in Sardinia, one of the world’s Blue Zones, I’ve started to feel the true benefits of a slower, more intentional life.
I’ve been savouring simple things: journaling with purpose, swimming in the sea, walking through the villages, sharing moments with community, and enjoying meals made from fresh, local ingredients. Each has brought a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
It’s a reminder that well-being comes from the way we live, not just what we do.
Which of these Blue Zone habits would you like to bring into your own life? 🌿✨
