PRODUCTIVITY CHALLENGE!

During this staycation, I have decided to challenge myself to be more productive each day than the day before. 🤩

Instead of focusing on things I cannot control, I am going to focus on getting s**t done! All the stuff I have been procrastinating on, complaining about and merely ignoring!

Who’s in this with me? 👍👍👍👍 You can define productivity however you choose to. As long as you manage to increase your level of productivity each day.

Wow! Powerful.

Know your worth and stop giving discounts to people! In the 12 years of practice, I have not discounted my professional services ever, except for an annual trade show promo. But, I have discounted me for way too long, especially in my old life. Why is that? I know my worth as a doctor and the type of improvement I help my patients achieve but when it came to myself.... haha.. was totally blinded!

Thanks to the past 5 years of working on my self and the people who have come to my aid .... I have been shown my worth. It is so interesting to me that I chose to shut myself down ...to keep others in my life happy ...to not shine too bright so that they do not feel bad about themselves or their situations. Yes, I was looking out for others but I forgot to look out for me.

Are you dimming your light so that someone else feels better about themselves? If so, time to move on! You need people in your life who are inspired to shine bright when they see your light.... not cause you to hide under a rock so that your light is not visible to the world.

Clinical fatigue is a real issue which I have been treating for the past 12 years of my practice. This quote however speaks to a real issue that many people experience on a daily basis! I have experienced that many times when I was forcing myself to do something that was not in line with my passion and purpose. Now, I only do what fuels me. I love what I do.... it sparks my soul and spirit.

Physical fatigue is easy to get over with the right therapeutic inventions if the spirit and soul are ignited with passion and purpose! Many of my patients have experienced more energy and zest for life once I help them identify the core energy drains on a mind body soul level! Fatigue is not just a physical phenomenon!!

Why do you feel fatigued? 🤔
