I love working with people of all ages, genders, & life experiences to find or re-find their passion in life, remove blocks that are keeping them from being their most awesome and authentic self and learn to live a life that feels comfortable for them. I practice therapy in a professional, clean, and comfortable office in Vernon, BC at my own private practice Healing Heart Counselling. The building is shared by numerous health practitioners with similar care and values as me, who each have their own office space within the building. I have my Diploma in Applied Psychology & Counselling and am a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association (CPCA). I utilize a variety of traditional and non-traditional therapy techniques as well as being a believer in a variety of holistic treatments.
