I’m heading to Phoenix, Arizona for a hands-on Performance Therapy Course at ALTIS with some of the greats!🌵

This two-day course is focused on advanced performance therapy techniques and is a great opportunity to continue building my skills and bring even more tools back to Odynn Performance Therapy.

Meet Michael Rueter 👋

We’re excited to welcome Michael to Odynn Performance Therapy on Thursdays!🧡

Michael joins us from Salmon Arm, where he built a strong reputation for his holistic approach to health and wellness—and maintained an extensive waitlist of clients seeking his expertise.

With a background as a high-level personal trainer, holistic lifestyle coach, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and a degree in Psychology, along with his Massage Therapy education from Boreal College in Ontario, Michael brings a truly well-rounded approach to care.

He’s passionate about helping people understand the root cause of their concerns and creating personalized treatment plans focused on meaningful, long-term results.

Outside of the clinic, Michael is a husband and father of four who enjoys mountain biking, camping, hiking, running, and spending time outdoors with his family.
