Shandon, a commercial diver, worked with Jared before and after a shoulder surgery. When his shoulder injury started making everyday movement painful, he knew he needed a solid plan to get back to work.
Shandon has been working closely with Jared through a full circle of care: starting with prehab to build up mobility and strength, navigating surgery, then diving right back into the rehab process.
