Woohoo! Clear PET scan 😊 I saw my oncologist yesterday and he’s taken me off treatment for now which means watch and wait to see if things start growing again. In the meantime I’m increasing my availability at work and would love to see you for an adjustment 😊.

I’m finally ready to share on fb. On March 17, 2020 (right in the middle of covid�) I was diagnosed with young-onset stage 4 metastatic colon cancer. It’s spread to my liver. This is more commonly seen in people in their 70s with risk factors of smoking, inactivity, alcohol, eating red meat etc. I have none of the risk factors and no family history. I have learnt that young-onset colorectal cancer is on the rise and no one knows why. I attribute mine to stress as you all know the tremendous stress it is to have a child with cancer.

I had emergency surgery on March 25 to remove the primary tumour that was obstructing my sigmoid colon. A foot of colon, a fist sized tumour and 48 lymphnodes (23 were cancerous) were removed through my belly button. Luckily laparoscopic surgery and no colostomy bag �. 8 weeks of healing, another small surgery to insert a port-a-cath, and then I started chemo called FOLFOX which is 3 diffferent drugs. Chemo is every 2 weeks for 12 rounds. This takes about 5 hours at the cancer clinic and then I take a bottle of chemo home to infuse slowly over 3 days. I’m also on an immunotherapy drug called Vectibix. The treatment is quite aggressive as it’s supposed to work well for shrinking the liver tumours and hopefully getting me to bring a surgical candidate as right now I’m not. It’s better for prognosis to get the surgery. I’m making this album to document my journey and for positive support and healing energy from my friends ������� @ BC Cancer Agency

Thieves oil (20 drops)
Distilled water (1/4 cup)

Each attendee will make 5 10ml rollers with custom labels that fit in a compact labelled case. Just pour boiling water over 1 tbsp goji better and let steep for 10 min. Eat the goji berries when you get to the bottom😊

1. Dry skin serum for hands and dry patches

3. Grapefruit lip balm for dry chapped lips

4. Lavender (4 drops) & V-6 oil for all over

5. Lavender lotion for on top of #4 to lock it all in
