Join our mental health clinician Amber for a free and accessible class combining guided mindfulness with seated yoga movements.
This gentle, accessible class combines guided mindfulness practices with seated yoga movements to help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and enhance mind-body awareness.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, this free session is a welcoming space to slow down, connect, and care for your health in a supportive community setting.
