B.C. father shares daughter’s tragic descent into online “764” terror network 🇨🇦

A Vancouver father is speaking out after his teenage daughter died by su***de, alleging she was groomed by the extremist online group known as “764.”

Jason Sokolowski says his daughter Penelope was once a bright, creative teen who loved art and building digital worlds online. But over time, her behavior changed dramatically—she withdrew from school, began self-harming, and fell under the influence of individuals linked to the group.

According to the RCMP, a 26-year-old Quebec man now faces terrorism-related charges for allegedly promoting violent and disturbing content tied to the network, which targets youth on gaming and social platforms.

Sokolowski says the group manipulated his daughter into harming herself and even encouraged violent acts, turning his family’s life into what he describes as “an insane horror movie.” He is now warning other parents about the dangers of online grooming and extremist networks targeting vulnerable youth.
