🏡 **What's Home Sharing?**
Home share services are funded by the provincial government through Community Living in British Columbia. Osanis Inclusion Services Inc. is a CARF-accredited growing social services organization that is constantly looking for qualified home share providers who would like to provide a home for our clients. Our clients are 19 years and older individuals with a wide range of abilities and levels of independence.
Home Sharing offers individuals the chance to live in a tailored environment that meets
their unique needs and lifestyle choices. Whether they prefer living with a family, a
roommate, a couple, or in their own private space, the goal is to help them live meaningful lives according to their values, needs and expectations.
💪 **Your Role as a Home Share Provider: **
Home sharing is a highly personally rewarding lifestyle and financially worthwhile endeavour that creates opportunities for long-lasting and meaningful relationships. The contract includes a monthly professional fee plus room and board contributions paid by the individual. Professional monthly fees vary according to the individual’s level of independence and need for support. Potential home share providers would be individuals knowledgeable of the issues and challenges associated with adults living with a wide range of abilities and levels of independence. Home share providers would have a suitable lifestyle and place of residence that can be offered to an individual for the individual to live in the home share providers’ home.
As a Home Share Provider, you'll open your home to provide the support an individual needs. The support you provide in your role is diverse and impactful.
