🌲 Forest and Flow Yoga Festival 2026 🌲

🌻Presents Flourish with Falen (Falen Reid) she will be gracing us with her 90min Elemental Breathwork session which includes: somatic movement, breathing techniques, a guided self love meditation, and sound healing.

AND

🌻A separate sound bath in the morning in the forest using various instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, bells, rain sticks and more creating a space for deep relaxation.

🌻Falen is a transformational energy coach that offers various one on one sessions with individuals seeking a sense of balance, relief from stress, pain and allowing them to their their power back in their lives.

🌻She uses alternative approaches like: reiki, sound healing, breathwork, yoga, nutritherapy, and tarot readings to gain more insights on how to shift into a healthier version of themselves.

Presents Nutrition with Bracken who will be catering the event with a variety of tasty, nutritious meals and treats.

🥑Nutrition With Bracken, offers catering services; including weekly food orders to the Ottawa & Kemptville areas, and prepares food for retreats and events. All foods are made using whole foods and natural ingredients with a focus on dairy-free and gluten-free items to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, serving nutritious meals and delectable guilt free desserts such as Nanaimo bars and Cheesecakes.

🥗Bracken has a background in Holistic Nutrition, Meditation and Intuitive Energy Healing. She is passionate about providing safe spaces for people to land where they are free from judgement and can connect on an authentic and genuine level, creating a solid foundation for healing. Bracken works with clients one on one and also hosts a variety
of events such as Women's Circles, Meditation Classes, Sacred Rage Ceremonies, Yoni

If your having to question so much about whether something or someone is meant to be in your life. Its probably not supposed to be there. When things are meant to be. You will know, it will flow. Be aware of the disharmony or the unmatched frequencies around you. Self love, and growth can always be the anchor to ground you. If you have nothing to focus on. Focus on you! ✨️

How do you move through anger? Anger is a powerful emotion that can he very useful in setting boundaries, transforming your life, and creating change. Anger is fire, it can be destructive or it can be channeled and used to create better environments for ourselves.
