🌿 Meet Amanda Morrison 🌿

We’re happy to welcome Amanda, Student Therapist, to the Stone Silo team in Listowel.

Amanda works with youth and adults (12 to 70) and supports concerns like anxiety, stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and the impact of bullying. She offers a warm, collaborative space where you can feel safe being yourself and move at your own pace.

She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to help you better understand your thoughts, build practical tools, and feel more confident navigating challenges. Amanda is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced bullying, helping them rebuild confidence, process difficult experiences, and feel more secure in themselves.
