Eccentric wrist extension exercises are commonly used in the rehabilitation of tennis elbow. These exercises may help improve tendon capacity, reduce pain, and restore function when performed as part of a structured rehabilitation program.

Remember, one exercise alone is usually not enough. The best results often come from a complete treatment plan that may include multiple strengthening exercises, stretching, activity modification, and gradual progression based on your symptoms.

Tennis elbow can make everyday activities like gripping, lifting, and even shaking hands uncomfortable. Exercises that target the forearm muscles may help improve strength, endurance, and function as part of a structured rehabilitation program.

Keep in mind that a single exercise is rarely enough to fully address tennis elbow. The best results usually come from a complete rehabilitation program that may include stretching, strengthening, activity modification, and gradual return to normal activities.

Frozen shoulder can significantly limit your ability to reach, lift, dress, and perform everyday activities. Exercises that promote shoulder flexion mobility can help improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and support recovery when performed consistently.

Important: This exercise should not be used as a standalone treatment. Frozen shoulder typically responds best to a comprehensive rehabilitation program that includes multiple stretching and mobility exercises tailored to your stage of recovery and individual needs.

Frozen shoulder can make simple daily activities like reaching overhead, getting dressed, or reaching behind your back difficult and painful. Gentle stretching exercises can help improve shoulder mobility, reduce stiffness, and gradually restore functional movement over time.

Consistency is key—small improvements made regularly can add up to meaningful gains in shoulder motion and comfort.

Tennis elbow making everyday tasks painful?

Here are 4 exercises I commonly use to help improve forearm strength and reduce symptoms:

✅ Wrist Flexion Strengthening
✅ Wrist Extension Strengthening
✅ Forearm Rotation (holding the dumbbell at one end)
✅ Eccentric Wrist Extension

Start with a weight that feels manageable and perform the exercises in a pain-tolerable range. Consistency is key for recovery.

Have you tried strengthening exercises for tennis elbow before? Let me know in the comments!
