Books are coming in for our mystery book swap event on Saturday! And they look so pretty 😍

I love when everyone puts their best effort into wrapping their book and leaving little treats tucked into the wrapping. Thank you for making these events so special.

I’ve left a basket to collect the books on the black shelves in the lobby. If you are registered for the book swap event, please leave your book in this basket! (And don’t take any books just yet!)

The actual swap will be this Saturday, from 3-5pm. You can join us for the book swap, a yummy drink, and company from other likeminded women 🩷

Please register (it’s free!) just so I can make sure the event runs smooth and that everyone has a book 📚

Thank you for joining me this evening for back to back pop up classes to honour this new season.

The overall theme of our evening was entering this new season in a state of rest, for choosing to accept rest as a part of the natural cycle of life (not a pause from it).

Wishing you all a sunny season of softness, rest, laughter, and new memories ☀️

We started our evening in the salt room for a Yin practice 😍 we are used to being in here for our regular wall yin practice on Sundays, but today we stepped away from the wall and explored a seated sequence.

My book is wrapped and ready for our Summer themed mystery book swap! 📚

This event is free to attend, but please register so I can keep track of books leading up to the event.

Event information:

Welcoming back our mystery book swap, this time with Summer vibes ☀️

Think beach reads, feel-good fiction, stories that transport you, and books perfect for slow mornings, sunny afternoons, or quiet evenings outside.

Here’s how it works:

☀️ Wrap up a book you loved
☀️ Add a few little clues on the outside (without giving it away)
☀️ Add some extra goodies (bookmark, eye masks, stickers, tea etc)
☀️ Drop it off at the studio
☀️ Attend the book swap event

A little surprise, a little sunshine, and a new story to get lost in this Summer.

Book drop off + swap details:

Books should be wrapped + dropped off at the Studio by June 26th. This is so I can check to make sure we have all the books so that the event runs smoothly.

On June 27th, you are invited to the studio from 3-5pm. We will be serving up some Summer drinks, selecting a new book to take home, and enjoying the company of other book lovers in our community.
