WHERE TO START 👇🏼

There are 3 main foundational things that allow me to show up for myself and be the confident woman I am and it is exactly what you should be focusing on too.

And I’m NOT talking about:
✖️ a meal plan
✖️ a diet
✖️ joining a gym
✖️ journaling their desires everyday

Those keep you busy, but they don’t actually get you the RESULTS that will make you feel confident.

And that’s why I don’t let my clients skip their NON-NEGOTIABLES.

Honestly, I could make more money setting clients up with meal plans and workout plans and checking in with them weekly for 15minutes...but that is what you've all tried on your own and it doesn't work, does it?

I mean, yes, things can move quickly when you choose to do things differently but what you NEED is the support and a plan that will WORK FOR YOU. That is made just for you and your lifestyle and your goals and your personality. That is why I am here doing what I do. To create the NEXT generation of women who show up to support their mental and physical health for all the deeper reasons than societal reasons of being skinny, fit or "snatching your waist".

Here is what you NEED to focus on:

✔️ A morning and night routine that will set you up for daily success
✔️ Creating a relationship with your body by nourishing it and no longer restricting yourself
✔️ Structuring your workouts to work for your body and your schedule
✔️ Mastering your mindset so when those intrusive thoughts come along you know how to speak to them
✔️ Learning self acceptance and how to self express
✔️ Reclaiming your power by deeply understanding your worth

THAT is the stuff that really matters if you’re going to be here for a life that feels f*cking good and free

The reason fitness and weight loss is the LARGEST industry is because it thrives on people relying solely on motivation. Most people don’t often feel motivated to force exercise or force meal prepping so they push quick-fix diets and exercise plans.

If you want to hit your health goals and feel free and confident in your body, you have to FIRST address your mindset.

Being fiercely free isn’t just about supporting your body and mind. It’s more than your physical health and mental/emotional health.

Being fiercely free means embracing your truth. Living out loud. Expressing yourself no matter what others think of you. Everyone will have a opinion. No one will have power over thoughts, potential or belief in yourself.

So take responsibility and stand up and stand out. Make your health a priority over the opinions, excuses, judgements and make move and so you can be confident on the daily 😘
