Alam mo ba na may sakit sa bato na hindi pa tiyak ang sanhi? Ito ay tinatawag na CKDu.

📌 Ano ang CKDu?

Isang uri ng chronic kidney disease na hindi dulot ng diabetes o high blood, pero unti-unting sumisira sa kidney.

📌 Sino ang madalas maapektuhan?

👉 Mga manggagawang bukid at nakatira sa rural areas
👉 Kadalasan kalalakihan edad 20–60
👉 Madalas walang sintomas sa umpisa

⚠️ Kapag hindi naagapan, maaari itong humantong sa dialysis o kidney failure.

✅ Paalala para makaiwas:

✔️ Uminom ng malinis na tubig

✔️ Iwasan ang sobrang painkillers at herbal na walang payo ng doktor

✔️ Magpa-check ng kidney kahit wala pang nararamdaman

✔️ Agad magpatingin kapag may pamamanas, madaling mapagod, o kaunting ihi

💙 Ang maagang kaalaman ay nakapagliligtas ng buhay.
Alagaan natin ang ating mga bato—para sa sarili, pamilya, at komunidad ng Kalinga.
