Recipe (simple, serves 12)
Ingredients:
2 overripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
50 g dark chocolate, chopped
Pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray.
Mash the bananas, then mix in the egg and vanilla.
Stir in oats, cinnamon and baking powder.
Fold in chopped chocolate.
Scoop onto a tray and flatten slightly.
Bake 10 minutes until edges are golden. Cool a moment before enjoying. 💚
