Not every part of ourselves feels equally safe, supported, or ready to move forward.
Some parts still carry fear. Others hold on to past experiences, beliefs, or patterns that have shaped who we've become. And some simply haven't had the space to be acknowledged.
In this excerpt from a previous Foundations experience, Asil explores what becomes possible when we meet these parts of ourselves from a deeply resourced state, where the mind can relax, the heart can open, and we can observe what arises with compassion rather than resistance.
This approach to self-awareness will be at the heart of the new Foundations experience, with the introduction of a practice designed to help us consciously explore and understand the different facets of ourselves.
Because transformation doesn't always begin with fixing or changing something.
Sometimes, it begins with learning to witness. 🤍
✨ Foundations returns this November! Join us to cultivate greater inner awareness, stability, and alignment, and discover a new way of relating to yourself.
