Whatttt a weekend! 💙
Our ‘TWTC’ competition winners, Lina & Richard, spent three unforgettable days in St. Moritz alongside World Champions & Plasmaide Pro’s Kristian Blummenfelt & Gustav Iden 🇨🇭🏔️
From an open-water swim in Silsersee, to an epic ride up Julier Pass and plenty of running through the picturesque streets of St. Moritz, they got a true taste of training at altitude - and what it takes to perform at the highest level.
They also had the opportunity to put their VO2 to the test with Professor Alison Heather, collecting some incredible data and insights to take into their future training.
Hard training. Invaluable learnings. Even better company. And a first-hand look at an altitude block from two of the best in the game.
Of course, PLASMAIDE was along for the ride - supporting the demands of training where the air hits a little different 💪🏼💙
