This is the choreography of our upcoming New Year’s retreat. This is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 your usual yoga retreat. It is a 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆, and it is for 𝘆𝗼𝘂 if you dare to dive deep within. Now is your moment. 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲. 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗲. 𝗔𝗰𝘁.

We are both super inspired by Christopher Wallis and his platform on classical ta**ra "Ta**ra Illuminated" where this contemplation practice is inspired.

I am part of universal consciousness. I embody the entire universe. The same is true for every being I meet, the ones I love and the ones I struggle with (real life example was the big spider in the bathtub 😅).

I hope this teaching will inspire you as much as me! ✨
