Hatha Yoga Classes – Pigeon Bay, NZ 🌿

I’m happy to share some Hatha Yoga classes to the community this summer, offering a complete and balanced practice for body, breath, and mind.

Each 1 hour 30 minute session includes:

* Hatha Yoga asana practice, with mindful movement and attention to alignment

* Pranayama (breathing practices) to balance the nervous system and shape Prana

* Meditation and deep relaxation to go beyond the mind

Classes are taught at a steady, accessible pace and are suitable for all levels, including beginners. You’ll be guided with care and options, creating a safe, welcoming space to explore and expand your practice.

🌞 Morning practises are Solar oriented, more actives
🌛 Evening practises are Lunar oriented, more calming

📍 Location: Pigeon Bay Hall

🗓 Schedule for December :

💙 Vishuddhi Chakra : Le Centre de Purification 💙

Situé à la base de la gorge, ce centre énergétique est le siège de la communication, de la vérité et de la purification.
Associé à l'élément de l'espace (ou éther), il symbolise l'expansion, la connexion cosmique et les vibrations.

* Communication : Régit notre capacité à exprimer clairement nos pensées et nos émotions.
* Vérité : Encourage l'honnêteté et l'authenticité dans nos paroles et nos actions.
* Purification : Aide à purifier et transformer notre corps et notre esprit des pensées et expériences négatives.

* Jalandhara bandha : L'application de ce verrou énergétique stabilise le prana, empêchant sa dispersion et augmentant la concentration mentale.
