In Philippians 4:8, Paul writes:
"Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."
Our minds shape our choices.
The thoughts we entertain can influence stress levels, sleep quality, relationships, productivity, and even our willingness to seek medical care or maintain healthy habits.
This doesn't mean positive thinking replaces medicine or makes every illness disappear. Rather, it reminds us that caring for our minds is an important part of caring for our health.
