The FNS (Femoral Neck System) has stronger anti-rotation effect: The anti-rotation screw and the fixation screw are interlocked and bifurcated (at an angle of 7.5°), which helps prevent rotational displacement of the femoral head and provides better anti-rotation effect compared to dynamic hip screws. Angular stability: The plate and the fixation screw have an angular stability structure (130° neck-shaft angle), which can effectively prevent varus collapse and femoral neck shortening, and provides more sufficient angular stability compared to the treatment with ordinary cannulated screws. Intraoperative active compression / postoperative dynamic compression: The fixation screw and the anti-rotation screw are locked together and can be dynamically compressed as a whole with a distance of 20mm; sufficient space is reserved on the lateral side, which to some extent avoids discomfort caused by lateral protrusion. Smaller implant footprint: The FNS has a smaller implant design, allowing for small incision implantation and less lateral protrusion; the footprint of the implant on the bone surface is similar to that of three cannulated screws.
