The 2026 Annual Academic Meeting of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Branch of the China Maternal and Child Health Association & Reproductive Endocrinology Conference was successfully held in Nanjing from April 17–19. The event brought together leading experts from China, the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region to discuss cutting-edge topics in reproductive medicine, including PCOS management, AI in fertility care, and hereditary disease prevention.
Chaired by Academician Chen Zijiang and Prof. Richard Legro, the conference also saw the launch of the China Reproductive Metabolic Disease Collaborative Innovation Alliance, marking a step forward in integrated clinical and research collaboration.
This gathering strengthened academic exchange and showcased China’s growing role in shaping global reproductive health discourse.

A new chapter in international medical cooperation is beginning. 11 medical specialists from Jiangsu Province Hospital (China) have been selected as members of the 22nd Chinese Medical Team to Guyana.
After a four-month intensive training program, they will start a one-year mission from September 2026 .
This effort continues China's long-term commitment to supporting global health. Since 1993, Chinese medical teams in Guyana have provided care to millions, introducing advanced techniques and fostering lasting friendship.
